A Heart behind the Progress

 

           If I were to recommend a specific place here in our town Concepcion I would rather suggest exploring deeper on our town.                   There are many beautiful places or sights here in our town, the town of Concepcion. But who really is behind the development of the town of Concepcion?

         Meet our Leader, Mayor Andres David Lacson, A fine man living in a town he leads, The Town Of Concepcion In the province of Tarlac.           Andres David Lacson or better known as Andy Lacson began ruling as mayor of Concepcion in the year 2013 to the present. Since he took office as Mayor, the town of Concepcion has undergone a major change just like the Plazuela of Concepcion. There has been a major rehabilitation in the said area because since then, all the decorations built there are dirty, but if it can be seen now, it has become airy and clean because of the plans implemented by our leader. Many Establishments have also been established here in our town, perhaps in the heart that our leader has, He was able to balance the hygiene and industry that can lift the town's economy.

         Mayor Andres Lacson also has a heart in education, He focused on the education everyone must-have. He has implemented the plans that he knows will improve our town and our education. Again, Mayor Andy Lacson, a fine man who lived in the Town called Concepcion who has a welcoming heart, humble heart, and heart for everyone.
